Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Postage and packing will be applied to each item and postage will be listed as a separate item on the page of purchase.
- Only damaged items will be returnable and the book(s) must be returned in the sealed shrink wrappage that they were posted to you in i.e unopened. No opened shrink wrappage item is returnable or refunded.
- Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included on receipt of the item. If you don’t have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. The customer is responsible for return postage. Refund will be via the method of payment. New, damaged but unopened items sold and fulfilled by Alpha Education may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a damaged item is received then the purchaser should immediately inform Alpha Education via email that they intend to return the item.
- Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the Delivery Services is subject to the binding arbitration, governing law, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability and all other terms in the Conditions of Use. You agree to those terms by scheduling, selecting or using Delivery Services through Alpha Education.
- Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of time of purchase. Refund will be made via the method of purchase.
- We aim to post your item the following day after purchase. In the event the item is not available in stock, the purchaser will be informed via email and then have the choice of cancellation of the item, or waiting up to 2 weeks for stock renewal. The books are also available from book shops and therefore the purchaser has the option if not willing to wait, of ordering the book(s) through that choice.
- After dispatch, in the mainland UK, most deliveries will arrive 2-3 days via first class post, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Countries outside the UK will take longer. The purchaser always has the choice of ordering from a bookshop if they are concerned over postal delivery times.
